Residential House Cleaning

Deep Spring CLEAN

Throughout your entire home we will:

  • Wash inside of reachable windows, sill’s, ledges 

  • Wash glass doors 

  • Hand wash all reachable light fixtures and ceiling fans

  • Wipe light switch plates for finger smudges

  • Hand wash woodwork including baseboards, doors, banisters and exterior of cabinets

  • Polish furniture with polish and rag

  • Clean all knickknacks

  • Picture frames dusted and polished

  • Cobwebs removed both high and low

  • We will do minimum pick up and straightening

  • Vacuum and edge all carpets and rugs

  • Vacuum sweep and mop all hard floors

Bathrooms

  • Clean and disinfect sinks and vanities

  • Disinfect toilet inside and out

  • Remove buildup from showers and tubs

  • Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures

Kitchen

  • Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops

  • Clean range top

  • Disinfect microwave inside and out

  • Polish exposed sides of appliances and counter décor

Optional add-on’s include

  • Refrigerator cleaned and disinfected

  • Clean inside oven and or range top

  • Vacuum upholstered furniture

MAINTENANCE CLEAN

Throughout your entire home we will:

  • Dust window sills, ledges and blinds

  • Dust woodwork such as shelves, baseboards, doors, light fixtures and ceiling fans

  • Dust picture frames and knickknacks

  • ŸPolish furniture with polish and rag

  • Remove cobwebs both high and low

  • Clean light switch plates for finger smudges

  • Empty trash cans and clean ash trays should you smoke in the home

  • Polish all glass doors and sidelights

  • Vacuum all carpets and rugs unless they require a shake

  • Vacuum, sweep and mop all hard floors accordingly

  • Make any unmade beds *if noted we will change 1 linen per house per visit (sorry we do not launder the linens)*

Bathrooms

  • Clean and disinfect sinks and vanities

  • ŸDisinfect tubs and showers

  • Disinfect toilet inside and out

  • Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures

  • Track lighting will be dusted

Kitchen

  • Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops

  • Disinfect microwave inside and out

  • Spot wash cabinets if needed

  • Polish exposed sides of appliances and counter décor

If you do not see something you need, just ask!
Disclosure

  • Dishes will not be washed. If there is an empty dishwasher, we will load but must be noted on work order.

  • We do not pick up waste, blood or feces (animal or human).

  • We are not permitted to open glass doors (example: china cabinets, curio, entertainment center, etc.).

  • For insurance purposes, we do not climb higher than 2 steps on a step ladder.

  • Flat Screen Televisions will NOT be touched.
