MOVE-IN CLEAN

Throughout your entire home we will:

  • Wash inside of reachable windows, sill’s, ledges and tracks

  • Wash glass doors and sidelights inside and out

  • Hand wash all reachable light fixtures and ceiling fans

  • Spot wash walls and or wallpaper

  • Wipe light switch plates

  • Hand wash woodwork including baseboards, doors, banisters and exterior of cabinets

  • Cobwebs removed both high and low

  • Vacuum and edge all carpets and rugs

  • Vacuum sweep and mop all hard floors

Bathrooms

  • Clean and disinfect sinks and vanities

  • Disinfect toilet inside and out

  • Remove buildup from showers and tubs

  • Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures

  • Track lighting will be dusted and clear bulbs wiped clean

Kitchen

  • Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops

  • Clean range top

  • Clean oven

  • Refrigerator disinfected inside and out (does not include freezer)

  • Disinfect microwave inside and out

  • Polish exposed sides of appliances
